Khmer star: Meng Bunlo

Meng Bunlo, 33, singer and actor, has been recognized by Cambodian audiences through his performing as movie and karaoke actor after he has started his career since 1997. Meng Bunlo firstly started his singing career at restaurant in Phnom Penh and sometimes he has been invited to sing at local television channel concerts over the weekend.

Through his singing at restaurant and on stage, some production owners were interested in him and provided him opportunity to record CDs and perform Karaoke.

After recording CDs and performing Karaoke for productions in home and out of home, his reputation was recognized reasonably in 2002. In addition, he has performed many dramas for productions such as Pos Keng Kang, Kon Sdech Dorey Sor, Makk Phu Yung Keo, Phka Ram Teuk Ram, Bes Dong At Kambang, and so on. In 2010, he starred for CTN television.

Additionally, Meng Bunlo has been invited to sing in several provinces, restaurants and other concerts.
